Delivered at scale, coordinated to the last circuit
Projects are described by building type, scale and technical challenge. Client and building identities stay confidential — magnitude is carried by unit counts, programme duration and work-order volume.
A VRF heat-pump network across hundreds of dwellings
A full variable-refrigerant-flow heat-pump system for a large multi-residential development, delivered floor by floor while the building was still under construction.
The challenge
Delivering a heat-pump network at this density means orchestrating hundreds of refrigerant circuits without ever losing coordination. Our crews worked unit by unit and floor by floor — evacuating and pressure-testing lines, chasing and repairing leaks to spec, and integrating every unit’s controls — while active construction continued around them.
Two buildings brought online in parallel
A centralized VRF system with integrated ventilation and building controls, standing up two residential sites at the same time under one programme.
The challenge
Running two large sites at once, our teams distributed ventilation and refrigerant infrastructure floor by floor while standing up a centralized building-management layer — heat-recovery control modules, BACnet integration and touchscreen central controllers — so operators could run both buildings from a single, coherent system.
As much a controls project as a mechanical one
Rooftop air-handling units, a VRF network, high-volume destratification fans and humidification, all integrated into one building-management system — with operator training at handover.
The challenge
Beyond setting rooftop units and the VRF network, our team integrated everything into the building-management system and commissioned each zone — starting duct heaters and high-volume fans zone by zone, diagnosing and clearing startup faults — then delivered hands-on operator training on the control software and operating sequences so the client’s team could run the building on day one.
One building, six coordinated lots
A single building delivered as a coordinated multi-lot programme, with mechanical and controls work sequenced across distinct building zones.
The challenge
Large buildings do not get handed over all at once. We phased the work into six coordinated lots so each zone could be installed, commissioned and turned over on its own schedule — keeping the overall programme moving without holding any single area hostage to another.
Where this work happens
Multi-residential & new construction
VRF heat-pump networks and ventilation for high-density residential developments, delivered floor by floor during active construction.
Commercial & retail
Mechanical fit-outs and rooftop systems for commercial spaces and national retail programmes.
Service & maintenance
Ongoing preventive maintenance and rapid service response for restaurants, retail and commercial clients across the region.
Who we build for
Developers, general contractors, national retail programmes and industrial owners across Greater Montréal. Project details stay confidential — the case studies above name no client, building or address.
