How we work

Design, coordinate, install, commission

Engineer & coordinate

Mechanical design coordination with the general contractor and trades; equipment selection and staging.

Install at scale

Floor-by-floor, zone-by-zone execution by dedicated crews: refrigerant, ductwork, controls wiring and equipment set.

Commission & verify

System startup by zone, pressure and leak verification, controls integration, and fault clearing before handover.

04

Train & support

Operator training on control systems and sequences at handover, then ongoing service.

Every project is tracked work-order by work-order — scope, labour, materials and commissioning steps documented from first delivery to final startup. That discipline is why our large installations stay coordinated.
