Capability

Four practices, one contract

Engineering, installation, controls and energy performance are carried by the same company — so the design intent, the installed work and the control sequences answer to one team.

What we deliver under one contract

Design, build, control, verify

01

MEP Engineering

Ingénierie MEP

In-house mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering.

02

HVAC-R Installation

Installation CVC-R

Certified sheet metal workers and refrigeration technicians. Executed by our own team.

03

BMS Controls

Contrôles BMS

Design, installation, and commissioning of BMS / DDC systems. Service after installation.

04

Energy and Decarbonization

Énergie et décarbonation

Energy analysis, modelling, and support for Zero Carbon v4 and LEED targets.

Systems

What we design, install and control

01

Ventilation and air systems

Fresh-air distribution, exhaust and make-up air, kitchen and residential hoods, HRV and ERV, corridor pressurization, and centrifugal and in-line fans — engineered floor by floor for multi-storey buildings.

02

VRF & heat-pump systems

Outdoor condensing units, indoor wall and ducted units, refrigerant piping, and full charge and leak-test discipline: nitrogen pressure testing, evacuation and commissioning.

03

Refrigeration

Cold rooms, freezer rooms and process refrigeration, with monitoring and alarm strategy.

04

Hydronic and heating plant

Boilers, heat pumps, distribution piping and balancing, with static-pressure control and duct sensing.

05

BMS and DDC controls

BACnet networks, central system controllers, thermostats, sensors and heat-recovery control modules — sequences of operation, points lists, panel work and commissioning, so the whole system runs as one.

06

Rooftop & air-handling plant

Structural coordination, curbs, penetrations and access designed for maintainability.

Delivery

How we are engaged

01

Design-build

Conception–réalisation

We carry engineering and execution together, from load calculation through commissioning, under one contract and one accountability.

02

Negotiated work

Travaux négociés

Engaged directly by owners and developers on scope, schedule and performance rather than on lowest price.

03

Turnkey

Clé en main

Full mechanical scope including controls, delivered against a fixed programme and a stated performance target.

04

Under a general contractor

Sous la direction d’un entrepreneur général

Mechanical division on a larger build: coordinated shop drawings, site sequencing and closeout documentation.

Self-perform

Panels built in our own shop

Control panels are assembled, labelled and wired in house before they reach the site, so what arrives at the mechanical room matches the points list — and the crew that builds it is the crew that commissions it.
